Default air alert 3 advanced

im doing air alert 3... and when im finished what i need to do?
i heard about the advanced... i need to do it a month after i finish the basic one.. so can anyone get me the advanced chart program?

There are plenty of alternatives to Air Alert. VJB costs some money, but it's worth it. There are lots of free programs, too. Look around, and you'll find something.

Air Alert III dont have a advanced chart, just Air Alert IV.
And AA dont sucks, i gained 6 inches doing just 11 weeks.
I have to stop because i travelled and i forgot the chart \o/

yer, AA isnt that bad at all..
i just finished week 3 nd i went from not even touching the rim to almost dunking, i need about 1 inch to dunk properly

Hey man I hope your leg are develope ??? belive me if you can squat 1.5 times your body wieght or bench 3 times you weight you legs will be develope and man you will have 3 times the result !! i did air alert 2 and i didn't have develope legs i gain 6 inch which isn,T bad


i been working to squat enough to do air alert 3 , My parents are professionals in body health.

my brother gain over 13 inch's doin AA3 with develope legs

So do I HAVE to do Air Alert II first then Air Alert III or can i just go right into Air Alert III (my legs are pretty well developed)

If you say there develope go on with air alert 3 , just make sure you do all the excerside correcty or else you might have serious knee problem. I did air alert 2 and they were develope i gain 10 inch, you might think its not alot but its the differense in touching the rim and dunking it !
