Default New Workout...

yo i just started my own kinda program u guys got any ideas if itl work?

8 minute abs workout
then...

calf raises

then...

squats

then...

lunges..

anything you do helps, it alos depends on what ur goin for
if you want to jump higher it'll help but i'd do more if i were u

try to organize it reps, time, and more exercise you can do it better..

lmao that 30 day workout..... but seriously i doo like 3x20 of squats , same calf raises as the AA workout, same amout of lunges as squats, and the 8 min abs is an actual program its self.
