i'm 5''9 and i wanna know if this program works.. i realy want to get to the rim..
i have air alert 3 program of 15 weeks- the chart with pictures.. should i try it or it will be a waste of time?

I know that what other guyz don't like it, but I prefer Air Alert . I'm Started program 2 weeks ago , and I feel better jump . So Anyway it works

yh might aswell i dun air alert 1 and beggining 2 now... and there pretty good programs

I did AA2 for 5-6 weeks, and yes gained 3-4 inches.
Didn't continue because I felt something was wrong.

My knees are f**ked up now. And I think the inches are gone.

My advice: Do something else. There're tons of other great programs out there. Why take the risk?
