I'm 14 years old, 5' 7'' and I have a vertical of 24 inches.
The thing is that I cant do a good jump when i run.When i run i catch the ball,i do one step and without control i jump(i do 1 step instead of 2) and so i jump like 20 inches running (with the ball),and i fail most of my lay-ups.
What u suggest i could do to get rid of the ''1 step & jump'' ?
