Default training outdoor

I was just wondering if it's not so good to train outdoor (temperature is about 5-10 degrees), because maybe your muscles get stiffer and you have an increased chanche of injurie??

well, after a workout it is desired to lower your body tempature. During a workout? I'm not so sure. Running and stuff should probably be good, I can't say for sure though.

hi all

here is the weather like at summer!
this is the good weather for playing basketball in missouri
for outdoor exercise i just grab the basketball rim a cople times and use ropes to jump more. Then when i am tired i go home sleep. Sometimes do push ups but i am looking forward maybe to buy sometype of dunking program.

You know what I used to do and plan on doing this winter?

Find a mountain, dress up with your winter gear and boots and stuff.. Go hiking with the snow that comes to your knees, it's an excellent endurance activity for your legs.

yeah sure that's a good idea, and you don't need to put ice on your leg if it's hurt.
here i am waiting for snow because if a lot of snow on the road there is no school but i think it will be far away when it snow. so until that time i can easily play basketball outside.

hmm, wish i lived in another country...
here we don't have mountains, i think in my surroundings, the highest 'peak' is about 50-100m, and snow, we can only hope that we have some for a couple of days. and now the weather just to cold to play ball outside, cause my fingers get frozen and i lose the feeling with the ball. that's why i started training my endurance and body a bit and i was wondering if the cold weather isn't bad or so, but guess not

u know man i am in missouri and i am really waiting for the snow but here is not really cold enough to snow.
'cause if it snowing - no school and i can ask the coach to open the gym and can play basketball there with my friends.
