Default If I only do this jumping excersise, will i increase my jump???

Toe Raises --- Stand regularly, then raise up onto the tips of your toes. Lower back down. Don't just rock up and down, do it slowly (not too slowly) but steadily. Repeat 30-50 times.



if I keep doing toe raises for about 70,80, increasing..........


how much extra jump will I be able to get. Only doing toe raises. with my busy life style I only have the time to do them. will I get an extra 3 to 4 inches on my vert?? or am I just wasting my time doing one excersise.

evrything u do helps, but u wont gain that much, but u can find plyo programs all over the net that work(posted everywhere on this site) that only take 15-20 mins a few times a week

yeah you'll gain, but there are so many many, like a HUGE amount of exercises that take next to no time that you can do, if you look around. For real though, doing 70 calf raises is gonna take longer than a lot of other exercies.

calf raises = 10% of your jump.
