Default Improve 17 Inches In 9 Months

Do you people think this could be posible, Improve my vert 17"? i'm 6 feet, I'm doing Air Alert 2, when I finish it I'll do Air Alert 3. My actual vert is 22", I want to reach 37", With less vert I could dunk, but I want to jump more, I also do weight training, plus I work running resistance in the Gym, I also swim, i think I can do it.
I know most of you hate AA but I have no space for doing any other program, and I think it's the most simple one, so what do you think?

hmmm *scratches chin* of course it is possible, I'm not sure if it is possible for you, though. Your vert is 22 inches. That's not terribly advanced or anything, so there is a great room for imrovement. 9 months is roughly 36 weeks (4 weeks a month). 17 inches in 36 weeks is like a little less than half an inch a week. I'm not sure when your gains will plateau. I'll say anywhere from 12-15 inches is very very realistic, but I'm not sure about 17 inches. That's not a negative "not sure", it's really that I'm not sure, I don't know.

Well, to dunk I don't really need 17, I need less, but I need 17" to make kinda cool dunks you know, thanks

Yo dude, yea its deffanitley possible to gain 17" on your vertical but i don't know if Air Alerts the best way to go. i did it for a while and i deffanitley saw increases in my leap but it does wear on my knees. mines were hurt for a little bit but my bro did it and didnt have any problems at all, he didnt finish tho. if you dont have any other vert programs i wouldnt waste ur time on AA2 i would just do AA3 and ice your knees on ur off days to prevent hurtin your knees. then u should b fine.
