i need a good dribbling and a shooting program that doesn't require weights since i don't have them

the best thing for shooting better i to shoot, shoot like 100 times from diferent positions every day, about the dribing there's a video called better ball handling, try to download it with a download program, there's also the shooting one, the company is called better basketball, there's a website
