Default air alert

I am currently in my 6th week of air alert 3 nd i have gained 4 inches but i want to gain more should i jump rope 500 times every day that i am not doin air alert or do 100 calf raises each leg every day im not doing air alert?

No Man, Just Keep Up What Your Doing, Dont Push Yourself To Much.

What I Dont Get, If You Do Like 500 Times Of One Excersise, Do You Have To Keep Doing Like 600 700 And Higher And Higher To Jump More Inches Off The Ground????????

ok thx yo. 1 more thing tho i am bout 12 inches awya frum dunkin nd really wanna nd i no air alert wont get me 12 more inches myb close but not 12 i dunt think. so how would i get like 2-4 more inches

ok first of all finish the AA3, also, one month later there is a program called AAAdvanced wich is shown in the AA3 dvd, it is a 6 week porgram, it will give you some extra inches, if you want more information you can contact me through email ok? also depending on your age you can do some weight training, in any of both cases ask me for more information, see ya!

Hey Guys im about 3 inches away from dunking im currently doing the 2nd week of air alert im wondering should i do the exercises every other day or every day except for Saturday and Sunday ?im wondering what would be most effective for me to gain those 3 inches the quickest possible way.
