Default Vertical Jump bible or The vertical project

Yo!

I've just finished air alert and might decide moving on to the vertcial jump bible or The vertical project. I heard the vertical jump bible suits beginners more and the vertical project is for the more advanced.

Which one should i move on to- VJB or the vertical project?

(Price is not an issue)

ez high rolla...price is not an issue. If you want to drop 3 bills on some ebook then your moms got too much cash. VJB, dunkonpeople.com, and dunknow.com i know are all pretty good. Go ahead though and make that australian dude rich.

Cool. Will I still gain in VJB if I don't use weights? Will the gain be less significant or just as good?

The bodyweight program for me, in the first phase (3 weeks) I gained about 4 inches. Of course, I was putting my all into it, so half-assing it won't do too much for you. But the gains can be very nice indeed.
