Cool workout scedule problem

I made the basketball team this year, and the coach says he likes my game, but he says he'll play me a lot more if i gain arm and chest and leg streingth.I'm buisy on the weekends, so I can only work out on weekdays. This is my first time ever thaht I'll be weight training, and if you guys have any suggestions on how many times i should do it or what days i should do it, that would be much appreiciated, because Ihave no idea what I'm doing. Thanks again

depends on workout intensity, i'd say monday thursday. if it's not so hard lifting tho and you're desperate, monday wednesday friday, but i'd recommend the first one.

Ask your coach if there's open gym after school, and just go when theres not practice. Try to run a couple laps/squat/leg press for your lower body.
Bench/ Incline for your arms
