workout scedule problem
I made the basketball team this year, and the coach says he likes my game, but he says he'll play me a lot more if i gain arm and chest and leg streingth.I'm buisy on the weekends, so I can only work out on weekdays. This is my first time ever thaht I'll be weight training, and if you guys have any suggestions on how many times i should do it or what days i should do it, that would be much appreiciated, because Ihave no idea what I'm doing.
