Arrow Journals & Testimonials

Dear Forumers,
After reading many questions (some posted by myself also) about
"which Jump/Strength/Plyometrics program Should I Do" and who's done which program and how successful were they I brought up the Idea of having people that are just starting these programs to start an eJournal either in this Forum with the Subject as your name and the program that your doing, unless PR makes a new forum for them which would be more easier to manage.

>>> Here is the new "Jumping programs journals and testimonials section"

But if your going with this idea and start a journal please don't just go for one week and then never post again.
what id prefer people do is start the journal a few days before starting the projram and post all their stats (age, vert, hight etc) and then after each week of doing the program post up their current stats. but just a hint if your posting after each week, measure ur vert AFTER a few days because in most programs ur legs are tired out and your vert decreases until it recoups.

With that said ill sticky this and see what you guys think...

GREAT idea! This is standard on lots of other training forums and it really. Lets people see your results, keeps you motivated and gets newbies interested. Go for...a seperate section would be best.
