no the answer is not posts i became a moderator with only 400 posts. you have to have a high amount of helpful posts.

there are already other people in line for moderator like ajing so its very hard to get in.

yeh i have seen them all i also think that they could be next, as i said agian they have alot of helpful advice

After trying bunch of garbage programs(go up strong, power plyos, air alert etc)

i decided to give the vertical project a try, the problem is i dont have enough money to buy it! So i didnt know wat to do. SO now i just watch tv all day and do nothing.
BUT one day i came across jumpevolution.com and i decided to buy it! and it came with the vertical project! as a bonus i only had to pay 10 bucks

what site would just give away TVP. am wondering if this is legit or not
