Sorry sky but at 5'5 125 you aren't squattin' 600lbs for 4 reps. Plain and simple.

Lol, when I was 5'9" skinny 130 lb kid, I could actually grab rim, shoot well, and had good first-step quickness. Sometimes those "standards" are over-rated when it comes to offense, but for good defense I guess you need strong legs to hold your own. I'm much stronger now at 6'1" and a lot of 200 pounders can't back me down.

i'm 6'1 and 205#... i'd take that bet lol... then after i drop step into you and knock you down i'll continue my motion and dunk it straight onto you lol...... nah just playing... although i've never done that in a real game, i have pushed the defender out of the way and drop stepped it in 21 lol. but seriously i was just like you... at 16 (first dunk) i was 5'10 145lbs and quick as lightning... now i'm 27 just not as quick - use my basketball smarts from over the years to help out... i can still rise though.
