whoa, hold up and let us respond lol. id say go around local and find some good ballers. see if they interested. see if they know anyone. just gather em up. then go practice together a bunch, get the feel for everyone on the court, see what they do and just get used to em. be kinda proffesional, like with a schedule and everything. then after a while you can get public or whatever, have ppl try and verse you, or just hit the courts and play everyone. get T Shirts, headbands, whatever with your team name on it.

Hm... that sounds pretty cool, but if I wanted a team, I'd have to pay for all that shit and teach them streetball, cause most of them don't know how.

Well as usual starting aka the beginning is always the hardest part in anything, I suggest you gather some pretty decent streetballers who arent just fakers (real ballers) and start to play together, then come up with a name, logo, etc like youngtricker said afterwards to make you the local best team you gotta challenge lots of people and need to win those games if you want your name/team name to be heard by people, then join competition/contest and preferably win it from there you will get notice by sponsors then with luck you would be recognized and someone may one to sponsor ya...

First, you need a name. Then, post banners and flyers all around the local playgrounds and courts, letting people get your message. Have practices and tryouts, getting a basic feel of everyone on the court. Then, once you have your team, then you can make headbands, t-shirts, etc. But first, you gotta have the team. Websites are also crucial, but worry about that after you got your team, or it's in the making.

get your a raw crew together,make up a name for the team,go around the city and play some games at various courts,then once u get a lil buzz in the streets start making flyers and posters and put em up at err court and on street poles,then u should hav lik tournaments at city parks(that way u dont hav to pay),have a way where people can contact yall for info or if they wanna play wit yall(a website,phone numba,e-mail address etc.)u could get sum shirts airbrushed or screenprited to play in
