ok
i wanna lose most of the fat on my upper body and put on 5-10 lbs of muscle
i jus started aa3 and im gonna do that thru the summer see wut i can add to my vert
rite now i squat around my body weight i wanna get up to 1.5-2x my body weight
right now i bench 100-120 i wanna get that up to 150
and i wanna work on my jumpshot its really inconsistent i cant keep form all the time and i go thru streaks ill have a good week then a bad 1 and i jus wanna get it consistent
