Default Novice Plyos alone.

I've figured out that if you do bodyweight and plyos together twice a week it will take 214 minutes compared to 90 minutes if you just do plyos. Because of this i'm only doing plyos three times a week. I just have one question. What will just doing novice plyos do for me? Will it help with conditioning? Is it worh the 90 minutes to put into it??

dude im doing intermidate plyos and it seems really easy... and it only took me twenty minutes, is it supposed to take longer, it is so easy that it seems like i am doing it wrong

i think that you should do bodyweight and plyos 2 times a week instead of just doing plyos. and man, you post so much stuff asking what should you do and all that kind of shit, just do something. you have wasted 2 weeks of summer already.

Ha, i've planned this lol. I've been resting until this monday. I planned it so i haven't wasted anything........ I've been playing basketball but not too much this monday i'm starting my actual workout
