If i do Bodyweight strengthening + Novice Plyos from VJB, should i do them consectively on the same day? I have already decided i will do them both on tuesdays and fridays but should i do them consecutively or should i say do one at noon, rest some, and do the other one at like 4? Thanks, Sorry for asking too many questions at once, i'm just about to start my training.
