Default VJB worth it?

Ok, first of all my goals for the summer are too improve in basketball MOST. I do not care too much about my vertical. I really want just be able to jump up quicker for shooting. I want to improve conditioning, and dribbling, and shooting. Lastly to get my body fat percentage from 16 to 10.

My plan would be to do the vjb bodyweight and novice plyometrics. How long do these two things take in terms of time each time you do it?? Would i be better off just spending this time on basketball rather than vjb???

VJB will help condition/strengthen/coordinate u and add explosivness. it's a very good program that u should do along with some skill training for b-ball on ur off days. this mix will really elevate ur game.

bodyweight doesnt take 1.5 hours! thats way to long. it takes me about 45-60 minutes to do it.

what phase to you do? Im on 1st phase 3 week. and it takes me about 1,5 h to do.

Anyway i did the maths(with phase 1 w 3), lol and it shows, that it takes 97.6 min (if you follow the tempo correctly and rest 1 min between sets)
