How can I be a strong streetball player?

im already 15 and still very weak in the court. My body is weak and short(5'6)and im not good at every aspect. How can i train up? What should i do?

Do Push ups 20x5 sets every 3 non consecutive days per week with 30 seconds rest between sets.

You must do weights in order for your body to be strong.

First try to practice the fundamentals of the game. Then do advance things. Get fit, work hard, get a routine, if someone could mentor you let him, learn from others as well. Play!play!play! work-out!work-out!work-out!

Go to the gym and lift weights. If you are really busy, do some push-ups at home. They work.
