i have tried both..what is really better?? for working out

You can't really say because they both serve different purposes. Creatine gives. You more energy when you workout. It stops some chemical that causes fatigue while training so you can train with more intensity.

protien is more essential. coz it helps u recover and build muscle. ur body makes a substance that lets u recover while u are working out, creatine just gives u more of that, so u can go for longer and go harder without getting as fatigued.

Right now I'm taking protein so I think that if u can take bot creatine and protein, I dont know if creatine is safe for a 15 year old?

Creatine has no real effect. Nothing that is going to change you performance on game day. It is over priced and worthless I advise against it.

On the other hand Protein is a key to recovery. I highly recommend you get 1 gram for every pound you weigh. You need protein to build muscle. Muscles allows you to move.

Young athlete why do you say creatine has no effect. There has been many studies and good sites like bodybuilding.com, t-nation that list the positive effects. You may had brought a bad brand and it might not have worked but that doesn't mean that you should tell someone that it is ineffective.
