Question A few questions... (Everyone read please)

Hey

1. Can you tell me everything you know about gaining speed and endurance? (Where you can run for longer without getting tired) because I got the same but I just seem to have trouble getting up and down the court.

2. How do you know if you're good at basketball or not?

3. Anyone in Orlando, Florida can you tell me how many ball courts there are roughly around, I'm coming there on vacation in November and I'm hoping to do some serious ballin'.

4. Does anyone know any dribbling/handles programs which they can show me (without paying) or any decent drills?

Thanks a bunch guys. Btw it's a mix of questions and didn't know where to post, can you just keep it unlocked if it's in the wrong place please)

Feels(Just feeling not evident) like you're trying to make ppl with long painstaking(but not the case) hours of reading stuff just give you the shortcut to doing the same in just a few easy sentences but I'll still give u what I know.

1.Gaining speed is via plyometrics. Speed is gained from having fast twitch fibres in muscles. Plyometrics increases the number of fast twitch fibres in muscles(Baggett K 2006).

Gaining endurance is doing bodyweight training or weight training where you hold your muscle in tensed condition for a few secs or mins, eg the ski squat, calf raise, squats and suchlike.

2.-If you can rival professor,and1 guy or come close.

3.-I'm non Orlandean, I dunno.

4. Dribling Programs -Amazingly much.

Thumbs up Re: A few questions... (Everyone read please)

In regards to how you find out if your a good baller, I highly recommend taking stats.

PS. interval training is mad for building endurance!!

1. run and do plyos. 50%< lifting ur max weight will also help speed.
2. when u run ur play ground, or when ur openent fears u
3. uh, there r courts everywhere. it depends where u are
4. um, just search up dribbling programs

airmaxx you shouldent be playing powerforward at 5"8-160. If you were younger maybe but your 16 you should switch positions.

How do u take stats, after every shot count in head "Ahh.. that's 1 my first.","Yes.. that's my 2nd. So it's 2points now.", "My 3rd, I'm a point getter now.", and "Oh I'm the top scorer.. 5 points now.". Then if I missed "Missed one, ok.". After the game finishes I take out my notebook and write my score. That's how to do it right.
