well yeh do lots of pick and rolls, cutting and stuff, and practice your 3's. coz if its first to 5, hitting a 3 will get u nearly the whole way.

Don't do unnecesary moves? I havn't been in a competition for over a year but the other day a dude on my team was doing really unnecesary and stupid shit and we got owned. And also, make sure everyone can dribble with both hands, this dude who was on my team could only dribble with the right. Hope this helps.
