Default Dunked a 10ft rim tonihgt!!!
im 5'5 and i've been havin alot of trouble palming the ball to be able to dunk but my friend brought a smaller ball that was a bit flat that i could palm an i dunked. so i really wanted to dunk an it went in clean as, now its time to work on my grip, would gettin my forearm strength up help grip by the way.

i can dunk on a 9'6" with a small ball, normal ball i cant

might be bout 38 - 39 ish, i really wanna start strengthening my forearms so i can do it with a full size ball. plus i'm really inconsistant when i jump so i need to work on that. i started off with a 33 inch runnin vert then did the first 3 weeks of vjb novice plyos an body weight twice cause my season started an i tried to do it on a 3 week break.
