Unhappy Need help on the PG position

I need some real advise on my game and this is my first post so im gona give u guys a honest assessment of myself and maybe u guys can help me. im 5'3 and 125 pounds so my basketball career ended when i got outta high school. nowadays i go to the park n try to play some pick up games but i seem to have some problems. i have better than average handles/crossovers, average finisher around the rim. excellent passer. not the quickest guy on the court but i can get around defenders most of the time becuz i understand when n where to take my first step (it covers the fact that im not that quick). decent catch n shoot jumpshooter. so it all went great for a while when im driving n dishin to open guys n knockin down open jumpshot, but now people r criticizing me for dribbling the ball too much. i admit im pretty useless when i don't have the ball in my hands all the time. but i can't create witout the ball...n i can't catch n shoot since there is no screens for me to curl around like there was in high school...what can i do to improve my game?

Which country do you live in? Try to create screens, try to get yourself open for easy shots so that your team mates can pass to you.

Mike James Slam 108
Do a lot of dribbling drills, where you driblle with one ball or two balls. Shoot alot of jump shots and also just work on your speed and quickness cause its gonna help you learn how to penetrate better and help other players make plays for other people.
