Wondering how to win local 3v3 competition

I have a local competition every year named Fireball competition. It's a 3v3 game. I presume there're alot of teams(40 or more) thus due to this they need to limit the points to 10 or even 5. It is a knock out basis.

I was wondering how to win this competition. But then to train for this I try to in my normal everyday type streetball game limit the opposing team's score to close to 0 and not over 4 and win. This is for every game. So if I can do that probably I can win the 3v3 competition.



U guys do know of any way to train and win(1st place) for these little point competitions, don't you

dude, 3on3 is so easy all u need to do is screen and roll, screen and roll. Even when they know its coming they cant stop the power of the screen and roll.

Make good use of your team and dont shoot threes unless your REALLY confident youll make it.

I would say pick and rolls would be your best bet especially on 3v3.

Given that it is a knockout you have to make sure you don't dwell on the fact that each game could be your last game in the tournament. Make sure you are focussing on winning the game you are playing not the whole thing. A step at a time.

Just make sure you make good use of your team mates, it's not 3 on 3 for nothing!

like me and j-mac said screen and rolls is really the ultimate 3on3 move. its just unfair.
