Default Small high schools

Hey, i am new to this forum and this is my first post. I go to a small B level high school which obviously doesnt get any recruiters. I dont have division 1 aspirations, but what are the chances that I play like d3 college ball without getting recruited? I am 6 foot tall and work pretty hard at basketball, is walking on to a d3 college very hard?

you have to be in constant contact with the coach. They dont just have "open tryouts" where like 150 people go haha. there season starts in the summer when they have lifting sessions and whatnot

I thought d3 schools actually do have tryouts, since they don't recruit.

haha no they recruit. They recruit pretty hard actually. I wasnt good enough to get recruited hard by D-3's but i got a few phone calls and 25+ letters.
My friend however was recruited pretty hard by a few D-3's and recieved calls almost every night.

D-3's just cant give scholerships, but they give "Academic scholerships"

O Ok. I was thinking since they can't give scholarships they wouldn't recruit.
