the equipment looks good and all but is it worth it or can i find all this stuff cheap at wal-mart or sum.... i no i can buy cones... speed ladder ... reaction ball etc but what do u think any suggestions the parachute is like 50 i dont think itd worth it

You can make the equipment yourself probably. Speed ladder could be made with rope etc.
I doubt any athletes need this, the excercises could be replaced with other excercises. I've seen people you a resistance band or something like that and have someone run behind you to pull on you. That would pretty much replace the parachute.

Just go on SPARQ | SPARQ Training and press Basketball and see what stuff they are showing for basketball.

No i dont believe its worth it, theres too much equipment, firstly are you dedicated to the training or what, you need didecation and the dough.

Sparq training is the best training equiptment u can find anywhere. Its better for football though.

Speaking of Sparq training, have you seen the commercial for the equipment? Man, that pumps me up everytime I see it.
