ok, your are supposed to die at about 1% there is a guy who was in the hulk, he acted in bits as the hulk, hes a bodybuilder. known as hulk of the hunter ( coz hes from the hunter in nsw ) i read about him in the paper. and in it he said he was going to sydney for a competition, and then the next day i was at the airport and i saw him. he was HUGE. but 2% so kinda freaky. im about 8.5%. i doubt some of you are the % that u are saying. those online testers arent accurate. i tested mine with a skin fold thing.

Cut your caloric intake down to 26 calories per kg of body weight each day. Keep your protein up so that your body does not use your muscle as a fuel source. I don't like to suggest too much cardio, but 3-4 days a week would be the way to cut body fat. Basketball counts, my suggestion would be circuit training, with 2 days of cardio.

Online tester said about 12% for me. I actually think it is more like 15%. Only the top of my abs show through so I definitely have quite a bit more than 10% I'd say. I'm realistic

Some are more accurate than others. I've been tested with calipers, and have found an online test that is almost dead on to the caliper test. And yes, I am currently just under 6% body fat at 158 lbs.

6'2,145 pounds, 5% bodyfat. I did it on one of the online tests so idk how accurate it is, but yea, I'm really skinny.

Aaron Brooks was 2.7% at the predraft camp.

Used the tape measuring thing.
174 cm tall, 70cm waist, 32cm neck.
15.7% Body fat.
Probably cause I just ate a big lunch like 30 minutes ago, but nonetheless, I never knew I was that chubby. I thought I was skinny.
