Post Power Forward

The power forward usually plays on the opposite side of the center, and is frequently able to play as a center. Power forwards are a little more moving than centers, which helps them set many plays up on the court. Most power forwards are able to shoot mid range shots and also help in rebound

MOST used moves :-
a high percentages pf play on post position but alot in high post which u can shoot or pass the ball to the center down or kick out to the small forward to shoot or use the best option fake and penetrate as i do always but alot times cuz speed it called travelling so look for ur legs
any1 can add anything about pf here

The best power forward in NBA is Tim Duncan and not Kevin Garnett like some of you may think

Im not saying who is my favorite PF, im saying who is the best and his name is TiM Duncan. No way Nowitzki or Carlos are the best. A case can be made for Garnett though

Maybe someone can put all 5 positions into one link, because this post is pretty much like mine, the difference is in the position.

Chris Bosh is pretty good too. But in the end, its either Duncan or Garnett.
