Default Re: Power Forward

the most used move when playing power forward may be 2 moves if u
high post: u have 2 options either to fake in a side and go the other this works really good for me or the other if u go in side and pivot reverse over him to get him in ur back but it must be quick

low post: this postion is the most dangerous while playing cuz u r so near to the ring and all focus on u first u must take ur postion to get the ball u have alot of options here either to play with ur back or face the defense and u have 2 directions to go if u face opponent u can play as the high post if with ur back u can fake and play in the other side or if double teamed u may pass to ur sg u can go with ur back near the basket while dribble if he is touch u i mean putting his hand in ur back u can dribble and go

wish i helped u

whats the point of even making this thread? everyone knows/can find out what a power forward is/does. it doesn't make sense to make a thread like this just to talk about what a PF means and does for the team.

The point is how to play better for PF.
