Well I can only say that do ball handles drills everyday. Practise dribbling the ball everyday. If you are willing to practise everyday, you will save a lot of time in the future as there is little need to practise your handles when you are good enough.
When you are good in handling the ball, your own confidence will be boosted and you will play better.
That's what I gone through.
No shortcuts for handles.

ive done so many different drills for handling but honestly the one that improved my handling the best is getting 2 balls and dribblin with both hands at the same time. It improves your handle tremendously, also just dribble behind the back all the time stationary to work on it and ull get it.

you dont need drills, just practice dribbling around, doing crossovers, spinning, putting it behind your back. start with things like that that u would use in a game. then work on control and stuff by doing the spider dribble and dribbling low and fast ( machine gun dribbles ). then u can work on doing street moves and schooling your defence, like what i do hehe but sseriously, just do that n u will be fine...
