mann i pullde a ligment in my leg and it is killing me this is wat happend i went to do a lay up and i turned and i heard something pop
does any body know any thing that will ease the pain

that sucks umm on google after i typed it in it said rest obviously and ice if there is swelling but only shortly then after a week u need to heat it according to google i would double check first sorry hope u get better

Yeah ice it and then heat it after a while, hope you recover soon.

go to a clinic maybe they can help. maybe you sprained your ankle or something put a muscle relaxant if its in the muscle. put ice if it hurts more than a day. but go to a hospital if the pain is more than 3 days.
