Cool Re: i need help

Free Throw:

1. Make sure your toes are pointing at the rim
2. sholdr straight. make sure that you got space while holding the ball(exactly your palm has a space)
3. bend your knees in taking a shot
4. elbow straight after shot and hold your follow through.
tips: make sure after realising the ball its spinning.. and flick your wrist too.

Jump Shot:

1. Make sure your knees are bent. sure get a good lift in making a jump shot.
2. follow thru. and hold your follow thru.
3. your wieght are in your toes.
tips: focus on the rim even there's a D. like making a shot at normal pace even there's a D.

Get better basketball's better shooting 2. It will help to perfect your form. I had terrible form until I got this and now my gym teacher has me teach some of the kids how to shoot. It is only 30$ for it but i would also recommend getting the complete set which are all very good. You can't go wrong with them.

you can say that but it is actually physically impossible to have your feet parallel because you have a stronger side. I agree they should be as parallel as possible though. and as for BEEF i coach it elbow before eyes because if you lock your target and then move your elbow into place you lose your target for a second
