im confused about thrust ups.. so u bend ur knees and jump and when u land how can u not bend ur knees?

On thrust ups you can bend your knees a little, but you shouldnt even be doing air alert if you care about your knees so who cares?

Forget AA, do Squats and Power Cleans instead. You don't have to pay for a plyometric program. Use a creatine product, like Instant Vertical .

A mixture of good plyometrics and weights. That's what works.

lol instant vertical creatine is GARBAGE, go with regular creatine mono only (few exceptions), but I do agree with not doing AA

i feel like i am the only one who had marginal results from air alert.

i did it up til about week 12 and got about 3-4 inches nothing great but definite improvement

yeah silk, but u gotta understand that most ppl injure themself doing aa. some end up needing operations and shit. so i think its better to tell him not to do it
