Some people get gains from it ( people with verts 20 and below) as it helps with coordination and teaches people how to jump. Many without getting injured, it's just too risky IMO to actually try it.

I think if people actually did some deadlifts/ghr/leg curls along with AA, half these injuries wouldn't happen.

not to mention the frequency,its waaay 2 much in the last 3-4 weeks with the jump squats and the burnouts

cant people just do a good pogram like vjb or gmv??

Yea, in the end of aa4 I think you do 8 sets of 50 leap ups 4 times in 1 week.

Hows GMV been working for you?

last time i tested my vertical it woz about ~54cm,really shitty,i noe, but thats y im working on it.

im gonna test ma vertical again tomorow,its only been 2 weeks so far tho

i just hope im not wasting my time with gmv when i could be doing something that i trust like vjb,thats been proven,tested & created by someone with actual credibility(kelly baggett)
