Default What are you strengths?

share with everyone your strengths and how you achieved the level you're at now.

I'll start off,
my strength would be my accurate 3 point shots. I practised every day just shooting hoops for 30 minutes for half a year to improve my accuracy

30 minutes? Step that up man, become a gym rat. I go in at 6 and shoot on my own until 7:45 and then go through some drills with the mid-hi practice on days I don't have college classes (mon,wed,fri). Have atleast a 2 and half hour practice after school and then a lotta days I go and play or jus shoot in the evening.

In the offseason I would try to MAKE atleast 400 jumpers (mid to 3 point range) on most days. Its worth it, just takes a lotta work man keep at it.

college exams and stuff. Once the holidays start, i'll practise alot more. I love basketball but i don't get as much time to practise as i would like.

bout 1 hour of shooting 4 days a week, 2 team training, 4 dribbling training sessions a week bout 1/2 - 1 hour and the upper body weights and stuff twice a week, bout to start the vjb and then two games a week.

just practice practice practice. i am really quicc on the court and i practice my shot everyday after skool since i got practice, and i stay and shoot for bout an hour then i run a lil

umm well my hieght helps and my strengths are mainly defence i get alot of swats in a game
