i seen that.. and you should have your feet apart facing the basket before and after you take the shot.. your follow through needs to be inline or a bit above the rim but not below or left/right.. and your guide hand should be on the side of the rim from your viewpoint.
keep your elbow straight and make sure you get a good stroke when you shoot because thats how you get the spin.
just shoot hundreds of shots everyday or whenever possible to get used to the rythmn and make sure you get a consistent arc on your shot.
also focus on short/midrange shots at first and dont go straight behind the arc. take high percentage shots to get your confidence up then move on to the harder ones once your comfortable with your shooting
