i just started to do aa3 today, and i was wondering can this make me dunk on a 10' hoop. I am 5'7" and 12 years old. My VJ is 22 on today because of the training but my highest recorded is 29. I have touched rim once or twice, but usually i am 2-4 inches under the rim. Can this make me dunk within a year? Also are you only supposed to do 40 calf raises on the first day? Last question: I did 900 squat hops

is that how man your supposed to do on the first day?
