Im 172cm n 54kg..I wana concentrate on my biceps n abs so i do 50 crunches everydae. N 30 bicep curls everydae, additional 3 x 30 every alternate daes...
Is my biceps trainin enuf n wil i get 6-pacs?Provided i do dis for a month or more...
its true u wont do much by using the same amount of everything cus ur body gets used to it u hav to shock ur body........so u should add 5 reps every nite it will hurt but you will see the results
