some good Hip-hop always gets me pumped.But motivation...Just comes from the desire to be better.

i just think of the season, a shot i missed, a guy who got by me or just the fact of somebody training harder than me, that lights me up makes me wanna train 24/7, just the desire to get better. Thats what works for me

Just knowin' that streetball lives on motivates me. I might hop on Youtube and watch a few clips and do some stretchin' and dog, I swear, once I'm finish I get on the court and go ham.
