Im about 6' and im Latino. If you want to grow tall eat like nuts. Chug it all down, dont worry bout eating healthy, you can burn off fat later- JUST EAT

at that age its really hard to grow more... im 6'2 and 18 i drink about 1L of milk a day and i used to drink more but i havent grown for like 1and a half or 2 years now. i think milk only works if youre younger because im three inches taller than anyone in my family(short family lol). but i think stretches can help u. back stretches. its something about the vertebras on your spine that can make u gain a few inches

i just turned 14 and im 169. lol i neva wanna grow again i got the best height  nah jk. i do some stretches sumtimes and hang off a bar for ages. it helps decompress ur spine and if u do it regulary it will make u taller. i grew 3cms last month from it lol.  |

wut if u dont have bars or monkey bars??my park nearby doesnt have them they only have swings and slides...

i use the bars on the roof of my garage. they r lyk rafters or sumtin, i just jump up and hang on 2 em. any pole will do. or on a playground there is heaps of stuff u can hang on 2, not just monkey bars.

Nop, whites in Nordic countries are very tall, blacks in america are very tall, and Yao Ming... well....
It really depends on where you live, diet and rest are the 2 major factors in growth. |
