Default How to jump higher?

yo, i have been exercising my lower leg for the past 2 days.

Can't remember the exercise's name, but you just pull up with your feet with back of your feet hanging in the air.

I do 100 everyday, does is really improve your vertical jump?

Ya just your whole leg, also download Air alert or 9 week jump program, all of that increases your jump.

I do 500 of those everyday. They hurt after a while but they work the best. I gained at least 3 inches on my jump just of off those.
