Post what is best to train vertical jump

how do you train your vertical jump. I heard of some jump programs AIR ALERT and dunknow can somebody send me and does somebody knows where can be download some programs like that. i'm short

I start it yesterday and i done more exercises than its writen there and mine legs are little hurt but thats is just a first day

Ya i added on 2 mine 2 but im going into week 3 on saturday. so i only hav 6 more weeks 2 go.

i completed air alert jump program and it does work i gained 9 inches on my vertical no joke
