Need help dunking

Hey i was just wondering if you guys could give me any advice on dunking. Im 15 years old and im around 5"11 tall. Im a medium weighted person but still pretty slim and quite athletic. At the moment in my school gym and down the local park i think the hoops are 9ft i can get say halfway down my palm with one hand, i take off on one foot too. I was going to try and do that VJB shit and see if i could get much better, just post ya opinions if yaz can plz.

Sari's not the only one . Try VJB and you will get results, but do them carefully

i dont care how high u jump, if you cant grip the dam ball you cant dunk!
