Re: Dribblin
When you go anywhere, bring a ball with you and dribble with both hands and soon enough you'll see improvement on both hands. **This will help you play with BOTH hands well**

Re: Dribblin
here is the fifth, mo games
MOGAME’S HANDLES PROGRAM
Note: When doing all drills do AS FAST AS YOU CAN, and do with head up, DO NOT LOOK AT THE BALL! Also, use your OFF HAND AND BODY TO PROTECT THE BALL..
Warm Up
Slaps- This is good way to start off the ball-handling drills. Slap the ball hard. Pound it! Then move next to the more gentle (slap 10 times)
Tips- Extend your arms out straight (elbows straight) and tip the ball back and forth as quickly as you can. Do it out in front, up high over your head, and down low by your feet. (go up and down 5 times)
Around each leg- Pass the ball as quickly as you can around the right leg, with the leg extended forward. Then switch over and circle the left leg (10 times)
Figure 8 Drill- Go around each leg in a figure eight motion. (10 times)
Around the waist-Pass the ball around your middle. (10 times)
Toss and Catch Behind- Here's a fun drill the players like. Toss the ball up over your head. Reverse pivot and catch the ball behind your back. (10 times)
Crab Walk- Put it through your legs while walkin(don't dribble)
2-Minute Drills
Pound it- Get into a "basketball position" with knees and waist bent (like in "triple threat" position). As in all dribbling drills, keep your eyes focused forward. Dribble the ball waist high at the side as hard as you can. After you finish with your right hand go to your left.
Low Dribble-Dribble as low as you can. After you finish with your right hand go to your left.
Shuffle-Dribble the ball between both legs back and forth(switching legs)
Behind the back-Crossover behind your back
Figure 8 Drill. -Spread your feet apart and and dribble the ball low in a figure 8 fashion around the legs.
Spider-Knees and waist bent, feet apart and have the ball directly between them in the middle. It is a "four bounce" rotation where the right hand dribbles in front of the leg, followed by the left hand in the front, followed by the right hand behind the leg, followed by the left hand behind the leg. To learn, just place the ball on the floor and go through the rotation without dribbling (just touch the ball).
Side V-Dribble -Bend at the waist and knees. Dribble the ball low on your right side. With your hand in front and on top of the ball, bounce it backward. Roll (supinate) your wrist over and "catch" the ball behind and bounce it forward. Rotate (pronate) your wrist back over and catch the ball in front. After you finish with your right hand go to your left.
Front V-Dribble-Bend at the waist and knees. Dribble the ball low on your right side. With your hand in front and on top of the ball, bounce it backward. Roll (supinate) your wrist over and "catch" the ball behind and bounce it forward. Rotate (pronate) your wrist back over and catch the ball in front.
Crossover-Do a crossover, both left hand and right hand. Make sure your selling it right, look in a mirror to see how you look doing it.
