Ima stay with a cast for 3 weeks (doesnt seem alot..but i can barely stay 3 days without bball..) and then I need to do Physio Therapy (no idea on how to spell/say that in english -.-)

Enjoy the playoffs. That's an easy diversion.

i play all the time in skate sneakers, because i usually go to the park to go skate, since b-ball isn't my number 1 priority when i go to the park, skating is, and sometimes i go play ball with my friend who skates also, like if they're running full court and need more players, maybe ur sneakers were too loose or something

while your sitting do dribbling drills
there are some you can do when your sitting down.
as well as analysing your game , find your weakness , plan how to improve them
