I have two words for you FAKE & SPIN. You have to fake towards the basket if you are on the right side, and then turn around and tap it off the glass. Or, you can back up a little, start to go right, then quickly stop, spin, and tap it off the glass. Use the BACKBOARD. and FAKE.

If you're a small guy you may want to develop some sort of midrange shot. Well, close/midrange try to get in the paint, a few feet in past the free throw line and shoot a small jumper. If you're a big man, jump as high as you can and try to go over them. If you're the same size as your defender you may want to throw him a few fakes. Also, give the defender a small bump just before you fade away. Do it with one side of your body and immediately shoot the fadeaway, he will most likely be off balance without you having to push him.
