Thank god for google, anways if u subscribe to this site u can get free pdf reports and stuff...its pretty good..theres also stuff u buy but i dont think theres a point in doin that...like the first thing they senfd is many many exercises to increase ure vert and other exercises to increase ure agility...hope u enjoy

I think I subscribed to this once just for the agility drills but I remember them being iffy, not so effective or whatever.

hey maybe we can add a sticky which would show links to many basketball sites...and wenever sumone finds sumthin he can post it there and there would be categories..just an idea, and i wouldnt mind helpin with that
