Cool The weirdest thing that happned to me!
I restrained the ligaments in my sholuder(left)(im left handed but i can lay it up wit my right) and it hurt so bad i couldnt play but i had a game the next day and i wasnt going to play but when i wokk up the next day it didnt hurt anymore i could play again. What do you guys think? -501

yes the doctor did and he told me to stay off it 4 2 weeks im good now even my shot is better.
